Job Summary:

The Head of Cabin Interior Repair will oversee the repair, refurbishment, and maintenance of aircraft cabin interiors. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with relevant aviation regulations.
• Coordinate with airlines and suppliers to manage repair schedules and customer expectations.
• Optimise operational efficiency by implementing lean maintenance practices.
• Provide technical expertise and training to enhance team capabilities.
• Oversee budget planning, cost management, and resource allocation.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in cabin interior repair and materials.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience in MRO and Cabin Interior Repair
• Minimum 2 years of experience in aircraft cabin interior maintenance and repair.
• Strong understanding of cabin interior materials, refurbishment processes, and regulatory requirements.
• Leadership experience in an MRO or airline maintenance environment will be an added advantage
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
